We take pride in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects.  According to the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), green building practices can substantially reduce or eliminate negative environmental impacts and improve existing unsustainable design, construction and operational practices.  As an added benefit, green design measures reduce operating costs, enhance building marketability, increase worker productivity, and reduce potential liability resulting from indoor air quality problems.  CCS has been developing our Go Green Program which entails LEED projects, Solar Systems, High efficiency systems, recycling and numerous other construction related programs to help the environment.

LEED

With LEED Accredited Professionals on staff we can help you through all aspects of your green project. We can walk you through the USGBC's 6 aspects of green design; Sustainable Site Planning, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere Efficiency, Conservation of Resources and Materials, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Implementation of Innovation and Design Process.  We can work out which aspects of LEED are most appropriate for your project and help implement them.  CCS can also submit all the paperwork with the USGBC to get you project certified.  Go Green!

Solar Power (Photovoltaics)

Corporate Construction Services Go Green Program provides full services sales, design, installation and maintenance on photovoltaic systems. We can provide you with a solution for your home, business, farm, etc. CCS works with you every step of the way and offer services, including assistance with submission of rebates, tax incentives, grants and energy credits.

Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)

Want to install a Solar Electric system at no cost to you? Now you can. CCS will design, purchase, install, and maintain a fully functional Photovoltaic (PV) system on your property. We will provide you with a clean, reliable source of electricity to offset your electric bills. With the PPA you will purchase the power generated by the PV system at a lower more reliable cost then purchasing from a utility company.
